The common exclusions that are not covered under insurance benefits are as follows.
- Pre-existing diseases
- All other cases that are excluded from insurance coverage can be viewed through this link (link).
- Not medically necessary treatment (e.g., cosmetics, weight loss)
- No dental and eye benefits unless related to accident
- Routine medical check-ups and vaccinations
- Alcohol and Drug Abuse related conditions
- Mental and psychiatric illnesses
- Pregnancy-related conditions, including miscarriage
- Waiting Period (30-day and 90-day)

You can go to the bank in person and pay according to the selected premium payment amount. By transferring money to Daiichi Life Bank account or you can pay by standing order.
Premium payment service in cash or by cheque is available at KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, MOB Bank and Yoma Bank branches.
- Bank Branches: Visit the nearest branches of KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, MOB Bank, or Yoma Bank to make your premium payment in cash or by cheque. Inform the bank teller that you would like to deposit the premium to Daiichi Life Insurance Myanmar and provide them with either the Application ID or Policy ID. For cheque payment, it is required to do cheque clearing process as per banking process.
KBZPay, AYAPay or MAB Agents: Visit the nearest agent to deposit your premium to Daiichi Life Insurance Myanmar. Make sure to provide them with the Application ID or Policy ID.
