Biography
Mr. Sridhar P Raman is the Chief Distribution Officer of Daiichi Life Myanmar, where he leads the company’s distribution strategy across agency, bancassurance, and strategic partnerships, and strengthening the organization’s reach and long-term growth across the market.
With nearly four decades of experience in life insurance distribution across Asia-Pacific, Mr. Sridhar has built and transformed high-performing sales organizations in multiple markets including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Cambodia and regional leadership roles cover most countries in Asia. He is widely recognized for his deep expertise in developing professional distribution ecosystems and for pioneering successful bancassurance platforms, including early initiatives with DBS Bank in Singapore.
A respected industry leader, Mr. Sridhar, has consistently focused on building strong teams and developing future leaders across the region. Many professionals who have worked under his leadership have gone on to hold senior leadership roles within the insurance industry.

Mr. Sridhar is FLMI holds various professional insurance qualifications from the Singapore College of Insurance, Australian Insurance Institute (AII), and a Fellow of the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). He also holds a graduate degree in Training and Development from the Institute of Personnel & Development, UK.
